Nika Tastee LLC β No Refund Policy

This No Refund Policy (βPolicyβ) applies to all purchases made from Nika Tastee LLC (βNika Tastee,β βwe,β βus,β or βourβ), whether online, in person, or via telephone orders.

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any products, including but not limited to juices, cookies, baked goods, soups, or any other consumable goods.

2. Perishable Goods Disclaimer
Our products are made to order using fresh, natural ingredients without preservatives. As such, they must be stored properly and consumed within the recommended time frame. We are not responsible for any spoilage or damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or failure to follow provided care instructions after the product has been delivered or received.

3. Limited Exceptions
While refunds are not issued under normal circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit in the following situations:
- The product was received in a damaged or compromised condition;
- The incorrect item was received due to an error on our part.
To be eligible for review, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Supporting documentation, including a photo of the product and a copy of the original receipt or order number, must be provided.

4. Local Delivery and Shipping Policy
Local delivery is available for orders of $25 or more within a 30-mile radius of ZIP Code 60466. A non-refundable delivery fee of $11 applies. By placing an order for local delivery, the customer agrees to be available at the time of delivery or to designate a secure drop-off location. We are not responsible for lost or spoiled items after delivery has been completed.
Shipping is currently limited to select areas within the State of Illinois. We do not ship internationally or outside of our designated service areas. (Look at our Shipping Policy for more details.)
